Journey - beginning to end

True giving is without parameters
True offerings are made with love
No expectations
No judgements
To be selfish is to put people down
To tie them up to be what you want them to be
To be selfless is to be accepting, non judgemental
This is something we all should strive to achieve in our life
Some will get farther then others
Some will completely understand
Some will not even scratch the surface
but the saddest are
The ones who at the end of their lives realize that they veered too
far off track and now long for a second go around
It starts at birth - it is a life long journey we all take.

Past the Heart

To feel so deeply it pass your heart
The feeling over takes every cell
Not always sadness
Joy is there
love-trust-honesty-devotion
Sometimes gut wrenching
Sometimes settled
It makes you who you are
Laughter, pure joy, happiness in that moment
Tears, sadness, frighten, letting it out, trying to let it go
Emotions - some say they are bad
Others show them out right
Those who hide them - explode with anger and venom
Let yourself laugh, cry and feel
Go past your heart

Seeing everything

smell, feel, taste
All seems new, alive, vibrant
feels like I've been sleeping for so long
many lost years
years of discovery
strength, intelligence,capable
I love deeply
I forgive
I can still smile, laugh and see the world again....

Wanting

Is it healthy to want something so much that you constantly think about it?
I have found the best course of action is to think about it - get the details done - then let it go.
Let the world have it.
If it is to be yours - to truly live it - it will come back to you - it will be grander than you could have ever imagined.
If it doesn't come to you - there is a reason - something better on the horizon perhaps. Not a good fit - saving yourself hardship and pain.
There are reasons beyond us that things happen.
This is true for all - everywhere.
We must learn to look beyond.

Hatching insects
Swallows dining on the wing
Kids on two legs, dancing, smiling
Rolling in the field
Faces towards the sun
Blue sky
Warmth
Jump in the pond
Cool
Woody aromas
Alas, no frogs
Sitting under the old oak
Peace, smiles, happiness
